MUSCLE FLEX:
This strength class utilizes bar bells, hand weights, and a personal work station to provide a challenging workout created to tone and firm your total body.
YOGA:

Cardio Challenge is a high energy,45 minute hi/low impact aerobics class. This well-rounded workout concludes with Pilates style core exercises.
CHAIR YOGA:

SENIOR FIT:
Senior Fit is a safe and effective class designed to improve health and well-being. This class will help improve balance, coordination, strength and endurance.
POWER MIX:
Power Mix combines 45 minutes of intense cardio using the step or BOSU and 45 minutes of strength training using hand weights, bar bells, bands, and more to give you a great overall workout. << Back to Top >>
BOSU:
The name BOSU stands for both sides up. It is a half ball designed to integrate balance with virtually any form of exercise.The BOSU creates a challenging and effective total body workout. This class includes an intense cardio portion followed by strength and core training.
CIRCUIT BREAKER:
This is an hour long class designed to challenge you both mentally and physically. This is a combo of callisthenic & cardio conditioning. If you feel like you've hit that "workout plateau", or just need a boost in your weekly routine, then take the circuit breaker challenge.
DAWN PATROL:
Join us for fun cardio workout using a combination of functional drills along with traditional moves.

LOW IMPACT AEROBICS:
This is a low intensity, low impact aerobics class that includes abdominal and flexibility training. Great for beginners of all levels.
BELLY DANCING:

ZUMBA:
Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting & unique Latin moves & rhythms. This class is taking the world by storm. Join us for some fun!
SENIOR STRENGTH:
In this class you will use free weights and/or body weight resistance to improve functional muscular strength and endurance. Balance and flexibility are also included in this 1 hour workout.
SENIOR STRETCH/TONE:
Blending gentle Pilates and Yoga movements, this class is the perfect blend of stretch, flexibility and balance; a compliment to your strength training or cardio, or a stand-alone class. This class can be done from a chair or stability ball, and modifications will be offered.
SENIOR AEROBICS:
Paced just right, this class is designed to improve cardiovascular and respiratory health. A variety of low impact, joint-friendly traveling movements improve balance, agility and coordination. Flexibility and relaxation complete this mind/body spirit connection.
PILATES ON THE BALL
This class is an awesome Pilates workout with the ball. This adds resistance, challenge, and variety to the mat work.
STEP-N-STRENGTH
Join us for an hour of turbo step combined with strength exercises for a total body workout! This is a fast-paced, fun, and advanced level workout.
COMPLETE CORE
Stay after Step-N-Strength for a complete core workout! This will focus on abs, glutes, lower back, and more!
