MUSCLE FLEX: This strength class utilizes bar bells, hand weights, and a personal work station to provide a challenging workout created to tone and firm your total body.
YOGA: Our yoga classes are designed for all fitness levels and will enhance the mind, body, and spirit connection. This is accomplished through flowing poses that increase strength, balance, and flexibility while decreasing stress and tension. << Back to Top >>

CARDIO FLEX: Cardio flex is a high energy,combination step aerobic and strength training interval class. This is a well-rounded workout.
CHAIR YOGA: In this yoga class, the chair is used to assist you with yoga poses designed to improve balance, increase flexibility, relieve tension, and reduce stress. This class is well-suited for those recovering from injury or with health/physical limitations. << Back to Top >>
SENIOR FIT: Senior Fit is a safe and effective class designed to improve health and well-being. This class will help improve balance, coordination, strength and endurance.

SPIN-IT: SPIN-IT is 60 minutes of iindoor cycling.This class is an intense cardio work out!
LOW IMPACT AEROBICS: This is a low intensity, low impact aerobics class that includes abdominal and flexibility training. Great for beginners of all levels.
BELLY DANCING: Hailed as the world's oldest dance form, belly dancing is a great way to improve body tone, flexibility, and endurance. ZUMBA: Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting & unique Latin moves & rhythms. This class is taking the world by storm. Join us for some fun!
SENIOR STRENGTH: In this class you will use free weights and/or body weight resistance to improve functional muscular strength and endurance. Balance and flexibility are also included in this 1 hour workout.
SENIOR STRETCH/TONE: Blending gentle Pilates and Yoga movements, this class is the perfect blend of stretch, flexibility and balance; a compliment to your strength training or cardio, or a stand-alone class. This class can be done from a chair or stability ball, and modifications will be offered.
PILATES ON THE BALL This class is an awesome Pilates workout with the ball. This adds resistance, challenge, and variety to the mat work.
STEP-N-STRENGTH Join us for an hour of turbo step combined with strength exercises for a total body workout! This is a fast-paced, fun, and advanced level workout.
COMPLETE CORE Stay after Step-N-Strength for a complete core workout! This will focus on abs, glutes, lower back, and more!
SENIOR FIT AEROBICS This class is designed to improve cardiovascular health and flexiblity through low impact, joint friendly movements to improve balance, agility and coordination. Stretching and relaxation complete this mind/body/spirit connection, through a blend of yoga and pilates movements.
